Moving from Pledges to Progress
2024 is a critical year for implementing sustainable strategies, as Europe braces for new green regulations to take effect and the urgency for businesses to evolve reaches an all-time high.
Equip your business with the insight to integrate sustainability and stay at the forefront of a rapidly evolving landscape.
Terra.do, in partnership with Reset Connect, hosted an exclusive roundtable designed for Climate & Sustainability, Learning & Development and HR/People leaders in mid to large-scale organisations. This invite-only, ‘Chatham House Rule’ roundtable workshop took place at Sustainable Ventures' new Central London space, in the County Hall building.
Event Format:
The event began with an opening scene setter and intro. Attendees were then grouped into cohorts of 10 people and took part in three, 30-minute roundtable discussions, each led by a designated table host. These sessions explored the following interconnected themes:
-
Corporate Sustainability Transformation: How to future-proof your business and accelerate your journey toward net-zero
-
Cultivating a Sustainable Workforce: How to amplify your sustainability team’s work, close critical skills gaps and drive retention - by engaging and upskilling employees
-
Effective Sustainability Integration: How to embed a genuine culture of sustainability that drives action and elevates your brand, whilst avoiding greenwashing
We created a session report to capture the workshop's key learnings, addressing the challenges faced and potential solutions according to each table topic. Check it out below!
