Steven Wilding is Head of Net Zero Neighbourhoods and Green Economy at London Borough of Hounslow. Steven has over ten years regen and infrastructure programme management experience including Tideway DCO, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Environment Agency -Thames Estuary Asset Management 2100 and most recently Hounslow Green Recovery Strategy. Hounslow is lead borough for the London Councils sponsored Build the Green Economy programme.
