Randeep re-joined M&G in October 2023 as Deputy Fund Manager for the Sustain Paris Aligned range. Prior to joining M&G, Randeep was VP, Global head of Sustainability and Communications at S&P 500 listed Iron Mountain. 

Randeep had previously worked at M&G. At different stages he was Fund Manager or Deputy Manager of the Global Themes, Managed Growth, Global Recovery, and Climate Solutions Impact strategies.

He graduated from Birmingham University with an economics degree in 2003. Randeep is a CFA charterholder.
