With an extensive background spanning over two decades in the fashion and fashion tech sector, Carol has played pivotal roles within industry-defining companies such as Topshop, Farfetch, and Net-A-Porter. Carol's experience uniquely spans commercial, technology, data, and customer experience roles at a senior level, from seed stage to post-IPO scale. Carol holds a prominent position within the startup and investment ecosystem of the sector, boasting a track record of spearheading open innovation strategies, including the Dream Assembly accelerator.

Led corporate ventures at Farfetch, which included investing in 40+ companies and the acquisition of three, as well as building and commercially scaling many new experiences for Farfetch and our industry partnerships, such as sustainability services, digital fashion, and a wide variety of AI solutions across the supply chain. I am an advisor to prominent fashion-focused VC funds.

Now, Carol is the Co-Founder of StudioThree, a bespoke consultancy specialising in nurturing the startup fashion ecosystem. StudioThree is dedicated to supporting startups, scale-ups, investors, and collaborators in their journey of growth and evolution, actively contributing to the development of the future of the fashion industry.
