Zoë Chrysostom is a Venture Associate in the Brand and Retail vertical at Plug and Play, a VC and Innovation platform that accompanies 500 corporations (e.g. Kering, L’Oréal, Nike, Porsche) in their open innovation initiatives and invests in +100 startups every year (incl. Paypal, DropBox, N26).

With over 7 years of experience in retail and Fashion Tech with companies such as Galeries Lafayette, LVMH, Selfridges and Microsoft, Zoe has had a strong commitment to innovation and digital transformation in the industry.

Her experiences in product management and customer journey transformation at Richemont and BNP Paribas respectively has driven a consumer-first approach to her work.

Zoë has played key roles in coordinating startup partnerships at companies like Richemont, L’Oréal, Krys Group, Geopost, and more.

While committed to innovating the entire value chain of brands, Zoë’s interests lie in circularity, e-commerce experience, in-store optimisation and supply chain.
