Fortunate enough to secure a graduate job for a company that regularly featured in the Sunday Times Best Companies Awards, Victoria experienced the best in progressive leadership styles and a values led-culture, although when moving into new opportunities with different employers, she found herself working for leaders who operated at the other end of the leadership spectrum. Seeing the detrimental impact these leaders had on people and critical business results, Victoria established her business to enable purpose-driven business leaders to achieve even greater impact.
