Thomas Panton is a two-time venture-backed climate founder turned climate tech VC at Endgame Capital. He is also a startup mentor at several leading accelerators such as Techstars and The Greenhouse (Imperial College), and has worked with climate tech businesses across energy, circular economy, built environment, and AI modelling and data. He also holds an MSc in Climate Change and is a LinkedIn Top Climate Voice.

Thomas has made a handful of investments as an angel investors in the climate space, and his experience as a founder & advisor has given him deep insight into the workings of a startup and the relationships with investors which led to him joining Endgame Capital to invest in early-stage, climate-denier-proof, climate tech startups.

Alongside his startup experience, he has spent his whole career directly onboarding 10s of 1000s of people into the climate movement with the world’s largest environmental organisations, including Greenpeace. He is regularly asked to give talks on topics such as consumer mindset, AI and the environment, and the challenges of getting climate tech to market.
