Joss has a background in public international law starting her career at the Commonwealth before moving into finance first at BlackRock and then Octopus in 2012. Joss was a co-founder and Director at Octopus Labs and former Compliance Director at Monzo Bank. Passionate about fintech and the transition to net zero, Joss currently runs special projects at Octopus EV and Octopus Generation alongside various advisory roles supporting fintechs with product development, legal and regulatory compliance.
