Florian is a seasoned executive and fundraising expert, with a passion for investing in and building impactful companies.

Founded YPO‘s Impact Investing Initiative (Y3i), Planet Action Network, and North Star Chapter.

Prior to joining Palladium, he was Partner at PARTER Capital and an executive at SBi (Stryker), Olympus, and B. Braun.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Marketing, and is fluent in German, English, Spanish, French, and Italian.
