Chris is Chair of the National Wealth Fund, Evelyn Partners and Melrose plc.

In his executive career Chris was most recently CEO of British Land. Before that, he was CEO of Barclays’ Commercial Bank. Chris’ earlier career was spent at Goldman Sachs, where he was a Partner and at Morgan Grenfell.

Chris has a MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
