Amy Coulthard, Market Development Director at EnTrade is a creative collaborator, driven to deliver innovative solutions that balance the needs of nature and people. Increasing the scale and impact of EnTrade’s Environmental Markets and meeting revenue targets is her key challenge. Amy works closely with senior colleagues on strategy and leadership and has significant contact with stakeholders at a local and national level, particularly with buyers, suppliers, regulators, and local planning authorities.

With more than 20 years’ experience in leadership roles in the environmental sector and with Defra, Natural England and the Wildlife Trusts, Amy has successfully navigated complex politics and managed relationships with government, businesses, and the community, delivering meaningful nature recovery on the ground.
