FCA Investment Labels in the advice process

This session will look back will look at all 4  of the new FCA Investment labels, plus The Missing Label 5: Investment funds that don’t have labels but still make sustainability claims.  Our panel will look at how these labels can be incorporated into the advice process, the due diligence requirements and how to deliver the Consumer Duty's good client outcomes.

The FCA requires firms to discuss the new Sustainability investment labels with all investment clients from 31 July.  In these sessions you will get to hear directly from fund managers about why they are using a particular label, what benefits it can offer investors and how advisers will benefit from the increased reporting and disclosure that the new label regime is bringing in.
