Reset Connect Mastermind: Future-Proofing People and Systems
Sustainability conversations tend to centre on regulation, reporting, emissions data and frameworks like the Omnibus package. Far less attention goes to the people actually carrying that work forward - those navigating uncertainty, influencing without formal authority, balancing competing priorities and pushing organisations forward over years, not months. Many are exhausted. Some describe themselves as burnt out; others have moved past that into something quieter - disconnection, reduced motivation, or simply functioning without the energy they once had.
This programme treats that as one of sustainability's most overlooked KPIs. Organisations investing in strategy and governance without investing in the people and conditions behind them are missing a critical piece of what makes long-term change actually work.
The Reset Connect Mastermind is a six-month, confidential peer programme for experienced sustainability, ESG and transformation professionals seeking something more substantial than another webinar or networking event. Once a month, a small cohort steps away from day-to-day demands to think together - bringing real challenges from their own organisations, learning from each other's perspectives and leaving with practical tools they can apply immediately. The agenda is shaped by what the group needs most, covering themes such as influencing without formal authority, working across organisational silos, navigating uncertainty, maintaining energy and motivation over the long term, engaging senior leadership, building organisational coherence and using AI thoughtfully in sustainability work.
The programme is built around two frameworks developed by the facilitators over years of practice: Burn Bright, focused on how sustainability professionals can remain healthy, effective and engaged while carrying long-term responsibility; and Coherence, focused on how organisations build the structures, relationships and decision-making processes that let sustainability become part of everyday business rather than an additional task. The premise is that these two questions belong together - strong organisations need people who can sustain their impact, and people thrive when their organisations create the conditions for meaningful work.
Facilitators:
Santa Meyer-Nandi - international sustainability strategist, environmental lawyer, keynote speaker and co-founder of FindingSustainia. Over fifteen years working across business, academia, government and international organisations, her focus has been the human side of sustainability: how people stay effective and engaged while leading change in demanding environments. Through Burn Bright, she brings together sustainability, behavioural science and organisational practice.
Dr. Anna Katharina Meyer - sustainability management and sustainable finance expert, researcher and co-founder of FindingSustainia. She sits on the Presidency of the Club of Rome Germany and has spent years researching how sustainability becomes embedded in governance, finance and organisational decision-making. She is the author of Nature as Capital (Springer) and co-author, with Santa, of the forthcoming Sustainia 2050. Through the Coherence framework, she helps organisations reduce fragmentation and strengthen collaboration.
The two have worked together for thirteen years, combining practice, research and facilitation to create a space where sustainability professionals can think more clearly and strengthen both the personal and organisational sides of their work.
