Zenon is a Partner with over 30 years’ experience, the last 15 of which within the financial services sector split between retail banking, commodities, and capital markets.  He has held the position of a Global CIO of a leading commodities business.  He has advised as a board consultant to of one of the largest commodity brokers on M&A and organisational redesign of their operational functions covering all business elements of the trade flow and IT.  Zenon has extensive board level and programme directing experience working with the business and IT teams in both an advisory role as well in an operational capacity.  Zenon is a lead Risk advisor for global companies covering Enterprise Risk, Operational Risk, and Cyber Security. He has extensive knowledge of IT Governance and Data Management processes in highly regulated industries.  Zenon began his career in PwC in strategy and corporate finance.  He regularly advises Fintech’s on IT and Data Governance including aspects of GDPR.  He is the chair of a people development business focused on financial services, IT and transformation of team performance.
