Having worked across sustainability, risk and commercial banking functions, my focus is helping organisations embed sustainability into decision-making, customer engagement and product development. Currently, I work at Coventry Building Society Group and previously led ESG Strategy at The Co-operative Bank, who remain under the newly merged organisation’s remit meaning our portfolios cover both residential mortgages and business lending.
