Zak Ajia is the founder of GreenPad, a multi-award-winning social enterprise dedicated to promoting sustainability practices that help communities improve their environmental performance. With over 10 years of experience in energy and sustainability management, he has worked across both public and private sector organisations, delivering solutions that drive efficiency and reduce environmental impact.

He is a passionate innovator and the creator of EnergiePad, GreenPad’s technology platform developed to help organisations improve energy efficiency, reduce costs and lower carbon emissions. Using data-driven insights and practical interventions, the platform enables businesses to optimise energy use and accelerate progress towards net zero.

Zak currently serves as the Energy and Sustainability Lead at Wandle Housing Association, where he leads programmes across thousands of assets. He is responsible for leading and managing energy and sustainability initiatives that support net zero ambitions while meeting stakeholder expectations.

He is passionate about advancing green technologies and creating lasting environmental and social impact.
