Vincent is a senior sustainability and green‑economy leader with extensive experience developing and delivering clean‑growth policy across West Yorkshire. He currently serves as Policy & Partnerships Lead for the Green Economy at the West Yorkshire Combined Authority, where he leads work across green economy cluster growth, international trade and inward investment, and business and industry decarbonisation.
Vincent plays a key role in shaping regional strategies that help businesses to grow and to measure and reduce their environmental impact, strengthen climate readiness, and contribute to West Yorkshire’s ambition to achieve net‑zero by 2038. His work includes supporting SMEs to adopt sustainable practices and advancing programmes that foster innovation and low‑carbon economic growth.
