During Vicky’s three-year tenure as CEO of Chapter Zero, The Director’s Climate Forum, the philanthropically funded organisation has grown to 3500 members, engaging over 70% of the FTSE 350 and the UK’s large private companies and reaching 73 countries with 33 Chapters.

Vicky has served on seven boards as a Trustee, Governor, Board Director and Board Advisor, including for FTSE 100 businesses. She has over 30 years experience with global, cross-sector, blue-chip multinationals, private equity, financial institutions and NGOs at the highest levels. Previously Vicky worked for the UK board of PwC, as a Founder and Managing Director of Saatchi & Saatchi’s Innovation Lab and helped discover the circular economy by launching the Ellen MacArthur Foundation with Dame Ellen. Her early career was spent with WPP as part of the prestigious WPP Marketing Fellowship. She has lived and worked in seven cities in the US and Europe.
