Tom is a senior policy advisor at innovation charity Nesta, working on its mission to significantly cut carbon emissions from UK homes by 2030. His work helps to bring new, innovative solutions to some of the big challenges that the country faces. Tom joined Nesta from the UK Civil Service, where he worked on net zero housing policy.
