Theo is co-founder and director at Fola Sustainability, a specialist nature consultancy which supports businesses to accelerate action on nature through understanding, reporting and strategy. At its core, Fola’s mission is to put nature at the top of the business agenda.
 
Theo started his career in the non-profit sector working across several environmental and wildlife NGOs in Africa and Asia whilst simultaneously studying a master’s degree in Environmental Law. He has worked closely with a variety of ground-based conservation programmes and Multilateral Environmental Agreements (including the CBD and CITES) to further local and international protection and restoration of nature.
 
In 2022, Theo moved into the private sector to support some of the world’s largest organisations in the transition towards a nature positive future. Fola was launched in 2024 to accelerate this vision in a way that was more robust, innovative, collaborative and energising. Theo has worked with government, NGO's and some of the largest international organisations to drive value for business, nature and people.
