Tanguy Séné conducts emerging risk fundamental research at MSCI R&D department, with a particular focus on transition finance and physical and adaptation risk metrics. Prior to joining MSCI, Tanguy worked at the Bank of England and at the COP26 Private Finance Hub, where he helped build a framework for measuring the alignment of finance with the goals of the Paris agreement.
