Sophia is Managing Director of 3M UK PLC and Personal Safety Division Leader for North Europe, a role she has held since 2023. Her two-decade career at 3M began in product management and marketing. Sophia has held various leadership positions, including Vice President of the Safety and Industrial Business Group for North Europe;Area Marketing & Sales Centre Director for TEBG in EMEA;ADL roles in Healthcare and PSD and MD of 3M Ukraine.
Before joining 3M, she was a Market Analyst at US-based Teledyne Controls Aerospace. Sophia is a board member of the British Safety Industry Federation.
