Seth Warren

Senior Manager of Sustainability Consulting, Asuene
Seth Warren is the Senior Manager of Sustainability Consulting at Asuene Europe Ltd., where he leads advisory engagements focused on corporate sustainability strategy, ESG compliance, and carbon management. With over a decade of global experience spanning five continents, Seth has worked with Fortune 500 companies, governments, startups, NGOs, and mission-driven organisations to design and implement sustainability and impact frameworks that are both rigorous and practical.

His expertise sits at the intersection of ESG compliance and impact—helping organisations navigate evolving global standards such as GRI, ISSB, TCFD, and CSRD, while also designing bespoke methodologies to evaluate the real-world outcomes of business activities, products, and programs. Seth brings a unique ability to translate complex regulatory or conceptual frameworks into actionable strategies tailored to local contexts.

Prior to joining Asuene, Seth led the sustainability practice at Rimm, a global SaaS/advisory startup focused on ESG and impact reporting, where he oversaw assessment design and reporting for clients across Asia, Africa, and Europe. His work included developing impact measurement frameworks for food manufacturers, energy providers, logistics firms, and consumer brands to help align with and support the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

With a deep belief in the power of business to drive positive change, Seth approaches each engagement with curiosity and a commitment to long-term value creation. His background also includes leadership in nonprofit and social enterprise sectors, giving him a holistic perspective on stakeholder engagement and systems change.

Seth holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and a BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada. He is passionate about sustainability in emerging markets and how responsible business practices can foster equity, resilience, and impact at scale.
