Sean is part of the Arup climate leadership team, working at the forefront of scaling climate investment in the built environment for 23 years. He is a systems integration expert covering the interplay between;policy, governance, finance, social justice, and technology. He has worked with consultancy, industry, citizens, cities, funders, policy makers and advocacy groups and academia. From his international career he can bring best practice from global cities from his work with the EU, governments, UNDP, C40, the EU’s Green Deal/ Net Zero Cities innovation programme, Eurocities, EBRD, ICLEI and others. Private sector clients include Google, Goldman Sachs, Network Rail, Astra Zenica and Takeda. He is part of Arup’s service leadership developing integrated solutions that cover decarbonisation, mitigation and adaptation, resilience, social justice nature and restorative design.
