Santa Meyer-Nandi

International Environmental Lawyer and Founder, FindingSustainia
Santa Meyer-Nandi is an international environmental lawyer, speaker, and co-founder of FindingSustainia, a platform supporting changemakers and organizations to avoid burnout while making bold, value-aligned impact. With a background in negotiation and a deep understanding of the human side of systems change, Santa bridges the gap between climate action, personal well-being, and collective transformation.

Over the past decade, she has worked with international institutions, cities, and forward-thinking businesses to build regenerative cultures from the inside out. She is part of the City of Stuttgart’s Climate Innovation Fund, where she helps shape climate-positive investments, and mentors founders and sustainability leads on navigating complexity without losing themselves.

Santa comes from the Club of Rome Germany ecosystem and was once voted Germany’s best sustainability blogger, a recognition of her ability to translate complex ideas into accessible, heartfelt narratives that inspire action.

Her work is grounded in the belief that we act more consciously—and sustainably—when we feel aligned, seen, and resourced. Known for her powerful presence and deep honesty, Santa integrates neuroscience, embodiment, and systems thinking to help people reconnect with their sense of agency. Her recent projects include developing diagnostic tools and purpose-led workshops for companies and cities, and she recently co-organized Future³, a workshop series weaving together sustainability, leadership, and resilience.

At RESET London, Santa will share insights from her latest work on emotional sustainability for changemakers—what it means to stay bright without burning out, and how we can contribute to an equitable and aligned future.
