Sam Taylor
Sam Taylor is the Co-Founder of madeby.studio and GreenTech Gathering, working where digital innovation, sustainability and commercial thinking meet. With a background in UX design, product development and strategy, he helps organisations implement genuinely useful and purposeful technology.
At madeby.studio, Sam leads client growth, working with leaders to spot opportunities and guide digital transformation. He supports projects across websites and AI, helping businesses build high-performing, low-carbon digital products that grow with them.
He’s also the Co-Founder of GreenTech Gathering, one of the North’s largest climate-tech communities. Sam focuses on creating events that spark real connection and practical collaboration between entrepreneurs, investors, researchers and policymakers.
He also supports regional impact as a Commissioner at the Leeds Climate Commission and as an Enterprise Ambassador at the University of Leeds.
Sam’s work blends curiosity, strategic thinking and grounded practicality, with a simple aim: to create progress that’s commercially strong, human and better for the planet.
