Sam is The Good Economy’s Head of Place-Based Impact Investing (PBII), and brings 30 years of experience developing, reviewing and delivering investment solutions from both an advisory and investor/developer perspective. Recent clients have included the Scottish National Investment Bank, Midlands Engine, Cardiff Capital Region and Lloyds Bank. Sam also leads TGE’s PBII Network, a unique forum convening leading players from the worlds of local government, Local Government pensions and fund management to develop new approaches to place-based investment.
