As a Brand Communications Strategist at The Team, a proud B Corp, Sally specialises in brand activation: applying behavioural science to create communications and campaigns that drive measurable, real-world change. Her 37-year career spans senior roles on both client and agency side, contributing to a raft of award-winning work.
Sally works across a wide range of contexts and clients, from encouraging commuters to switch from car to rail, helping households safely find registered gas engineers, to encouraging people to save for their futures. 

This breadth has shaped Sally’s defining specialisms: capturing hearts and minds to translate intentions into action. Sally has also completed the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) course in Sustainable Marketing, Media and Creative, reinforcing decades of hands-on experience with the latest thinking in behaviour change and sustainable communications.

At Reset Connect, Sally brings a perspective the sustainability sector urgently needs: not more evidence on why people should act, but sharper insight into why they don’t and practical ways to change that.
