Saleem heads up the team of investment analysts at Rathbone Greenbank, the dedicated ethical, sustainable and impact business of Rathbones. He is responsible for ethical, ESG and impact investment research and asset allocation for a wide range of UK institutional and private clients. Previously, Saleem was a Senior ESG Advisor at a data science company, specialising in ESG and business conduct risks. He worked with investment houses, banks, pension funds, insurers and sovereign wealth funds to integrate environmental, social and governance metrics into the financial industry. He has also worked across various sectors, including financial services, consultancy, and economic research, and began his career in fund research and selection. Saleem graduated from Jesus College Oxford in Economics and Management and holds the CFA Diploma in ESG Investment Management.
