Russell Smith is founder and Managing Director of Parity Projects, now part of Cotality. Parity Projects uses data science, software and analysis to help local authorities and landlords deliver energy efficiency efficiently, and effectively. He also founded RetrofitWorks, a not-for-profit cooperative owned by SME building contractors and other local operators wishing to grow the nascent market for domestic retrofit. Russell is co-author of the Construction Leadership Council’s National Retrofit Strategy and is Founding Director of the National Retrofit Hub.
