Inclusive Trade
Rupa Ganguli is Founder & CEO of Inclusive Trade, a B Corp-certified platform connecting responsible buyers with sustainable suppliers across global value chains. She also serves as Head of ESG & Inclusive Trade at Trade Pacts, a Geneva-based trade advisory. With over two decades of experience spanning the WTO, WIPO, and the European Commission, and having served as an advisor at the International Trade Centre — the United Nations agency for SME trade development — Rupa advises governments, corporates, and SMEs on supply chain decarbonisation as a commercial strategy. She holds net zero and sustainable finance qualifications from King's Business School and Cambridge CISL. Named WTO–ITC–ICC Small Business Champion 2022 and f:Entrepreneur Top 100 UK, Rupa brings the lived experience of running an SME through real decarbonisation commitments — without a large corporate budget. She is an RSA Fellow and a regular mentor, speaker, and trainer at LSE, Small Business Britain, and international organisations including the WTO and UN. Rupa is a fierce advocate for ensuring that the green transition works for diverse and underrepresented founders — not just the already well-resourced.
