Roberto Baiardi is Vice President Global Controlling & Reporting at Chiesi Farmaceutici, where he leads financial planning, reporting and systems across the Group. With over 25 years of experience, he has held senior roles spanning industrial controlling, corporate finance and regional leadership across Europe. Roberto is responsible for Group’s financial statements (IFRS), ESG reporting data and information and performance analysis for senior management and the Board of Directors. He leads international teams across FP&A, sustainability finance, R&D and industrial control. Roberto holds a degree in Economics and a postgraduate masters in management accounting.
