Ricardo Mussa is Chair of SB COP, a global initiative launched at COP30 to strengthen the role of the private sector in implementing the climate agenda and support the ongoing engagement of companies across future COPs. The initiative brings together representatives from more than 60 countries, connecting businesses, business organizations, and climate leaders around practical solutions for a low-carbon, resilient, and inclusive economy. An industrial engineer by training, Mussa began his career as a consultant and spent over ten years at Unilever, working across different countries and leadership roles. He later served as Supply Chain Director at Danone Latin America, CEO of Radar Agrícola and Moove Lubrificantes, and most recently as CEO of Raízen.
