TEDx speaker and Senior NbS Officer Becs works with the UK’s 46 National Landscapes (formerly Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty) to unlock private finance for nature-based solutions and close the critical nature funding gap. Becs’ job is about understanding and addressing the inherent challenges faced by National Landscapes in accessing and activating large-scale funding for projects. Working with just about every eNGO in the country, she convenes groups of diverse stakeholders to share and solve these problems together, whilst making the business case for investing in our natural world to potential business partners.
