Randeep re-joined M&G in October 2023 as Deputy Strategy Manager for the Sustain Paris Aligned range. Prior to joining M&G, Randeep was VP, Global head of Sustainability and Communications at S&P 500 listed Iron Mountain. Randeep had previously worked at M&G. At different stages he was Strategy Manager/Deputy Manager of the Global Themes, Managed Growth, Global Recovery, and Climate Solutions Impact strategies.
He graduated from Birmingham University with an economics degree in 2003.
Randeep is a CFA charterholder.
