I have been engaged with some of the historic rural, renewable energy and climate change developments in Nepal’s far-flung landscape over the last 24 years. For last 19 years, I have been working as Solar PV cum Renewable Energy Expert in executing large-scale infrastructure projects, Solar PV, hydropower, ICS which presented varied challenges. I jointly worked with government RE executing agency, Alternative Energy Promotion Center (AEPC), Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) and various development partners i.e. EU, ADB, UNDP, UNICEF, GIZ, SNV, FCDO/DFID and NRREP. As Solar PV Expert, I assisted the Alternative Energy Promotion Center (AEPC) to modernize and reform the Solar PV development, MHP as Enterprises model, renewable energy financing, management & implementation in far-flung location of Nepal. I am champions in MSI tracking, delivery mechanism, capacity building, project management, M&E, sustainability, and economic growth through different infrastructure project throughout the country. Given my technical ability, I was deputed by the EU, ADB, FCDO, UNDP, UNICEF, SNV and GIZ as Solar PV and Climate Change Expert in various part of country, where I worked on Renewable Energy Expert in his capability in Technical, Monitoring, Evaluation and Capacity Development, Besides, I have been working with private sector for selected best and bankable project for Solar PV installation in country
