Oyin Talabi is an Associate Director at Guidehouse, specialising in industrial and supply chain decarbonisation. Her work focuses on designing and delivering supplier engagement programmes that help organisations reduce Scope 3 emissions by building supplier capability and accelerating implementation.

Within the Supplier LOCT programme, Oyin leads the Clean Heat Community of Practice for industrial clients, supporting suppliers across regions to move from emissions measurement to action. Through structured programmes that combine standardised curriculum, expert support, and peer collaboration, she helps suppliers identify viable decarbonisation pathways, develop early-stage projects, and access practical solutions across clean heat, energy efficiency, and financing.

Oyin brings over nine years of international experience across engineering and strategy, supporting organisations to deliver commercially viable decarbonisation pathways across complex global value chains.
