With over 10 years of experience in sustainability and ESG, Nina provides subject matter expertise on client needs including net zero strategies, ESG disclosures, and strategic sustainability development.

In her current role, Nina supports JLL's sales teams with pre-sales activities and strategic business development while maintaining client relationships in an advisory capacity. She collaborates across multiple business lines including Property Management, Facilities Management, Projects & Development Services, and Advisory to develop and right-size sustainability solutions that deliver high-value customer outcomes.

Prior to joining JLL, Nina served as Energy and Sustainability Lead for a major international residential property company, where she developed comprehensive ESG strategies aligned with global standards including CSRD, EU Taxonomy, and GHG Protocol. She implemented energy efficiency measures and carbon reduction strategies within international portfolios and managed sustainability reporting processes.

Her earlier experience includes leading engineering teams for major commercial projects valued up to £25M at a global workplace design firm, where she developed sustainable solutions for high-profile clients including major property developers and Fortune 500 technology companies. This hands-on technical background complements her strategic sustainability expertise.

Nina holds a Master's in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering and an Executive Master in Energy Management from ESCP Business School, where she also serves as an Associate Professor for Energy Efficiency. Her professional credentials include BREEAM Associate, certified Energy Assessor and Prince2 designations.
