I am the Managing Director of Grosvenor Impact Capital, where I focus on raising growth and debt capital for projects that deliver measurable social and environmental impact alongside strong financial returns. Over the past two decades, I’ve built deep relationships across private equity, growth capital, and credit hedge funds, combining legal insight with financial strategy to structure innovative, purpose-driven investments.

In addition, I lead Grosvenor Search, a specialist executive search firm serving the financial services industry. We are recognised as a leader in senior appointments across Legal, Compliance, Tax Structuring, and Non-Executive Director functions, particularly within asset management, private equity, and hedge funds. This work has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of leadership dynamics and talent at the highest levels of global finance.

A graduate of Cambridge University (Law), I’m passionate about harnessing capital and leadership for long-term, systemic change. My philosophy is centred on the concept of “net good” — ensuring that every investment or partnership not only delivers financial value but leaves a lasting positive impact on society and the planet.
