Nick joined Tate & Lyle from PepsiCo in September 2014. With over 30 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, he brings a wealth of industry insight which complements his leadership, strategy, financial and operational experience. Since taking the helm, he has worked to develop and embed the company’s purpose – Transforming Lives through the Science of Food – into day-to-day operations, so that Tate & Lyle can do more to support healthier lifestyles, build thriving communities in the locations worldwide where it operates, and care for the planet by strengthening its focus on sustainability.
