Neil Ross Russell

Neil was the co-founder and Managing Director of Net Zero Now, acquired by Ecologi in Feb 2025 and took over as MD of Ecologi in June 2026.
Prior to founding Net Zero Now, Neil spent over 25 years advising and managing businesses across multiple sectors, including as Managing Director of BBC Worldwide’s Licensing Division, Partnerships Director at Virgin Galactic and as a strategy consultant with LEK Consulting and Oakshore Strategy, where clients included Soho House Group, Virgin Management Ltd, Sky Studios and the Office of The Prime Minister. Neil has an MBA and an MSc from London Business School.
