As a senior member of the management team of firms like Lehman Brothers, Deutsche Bank, Dresdner Bank and Jeffries , Neal has successfully navigated all cycles of the market and has a deep understanding of how to raise capital and grow businesses; in good markets and bad. He currently serves on several public boards and is a strategic advisor to several others , including IPgroup PLC which is a leading investor in UK University Start-ups in addition to running Congressional Capital Management which serves large family offices globally.
