Natalia is an investor at Volta Circle, a venture fund focused on early-stage technology that fosters a circular economy. Backed by the founders of Indorama Ventures, the global leader in plastics recycling, Volta Circle offers a unique combination of the resources of industrial operators, the flexibility of a family office, and the growth mindset of a venture capital firm. Volta Circle invests across the entire value chain of waste in order to prevent pollution, enable closed-loop consumption, and valorize waste.

Prior to joining Volta Circle, Natalia worked as a Mergers & Acquisitions associate in the consumer industry for three years in New York, first at an e-commerce aggregator scale-up, and later at a Blackstone-backed startup, targeting investments and acquisitions of sustainable Beauty & Wellness brands. At these firms, Natalia led sourcing initiatives as well as financial and commercial due diligence for hundreds of acquisition and investment targets. Natalia completed her undergraduate degree at Brown University, where she studied Economics and helped organize the university’s ‘Future of Sustainable Investing’ conference. Throughout her time investing, Natalia has maintained a passion for climate technology and empowering mission-driven entrepreneurs to build impactful and sustainable businesses.
