Head of Advocacy , The Carbon Literacy Project

Natalia Phipps is the Head of Advocacy at The Carbon Literacy Project, where she leads two teams in expanding the reach of certified climate education and action training, known as Carbon Literacy, across diverse sectors and organisations. Her work is at the forefront of driving transformative climate action on a global scale.

Since joining The Carbon Literacy Project in 2019, Natalia has pioneered the development of innovative Sector Toolkits, enabling organizations to effectively roll out Carbon Literacy training. Under her leadership, a groundbreaking suite of Public Sector Toolkits were created for key sectors including the NHS, Universities and Colleges, Local Authorities, and the Civil Service. This model has since been successfully adapted across a range of industries, from Social Housing and Automotive to Museums and Sport.
