Naomin Tan

Regional Director - Europe, Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB)
Naomin was appointed as the Regional Director of the Singapore Economic Development Board in June 2023. She is based in Paris and oversees both the French and Spanish markets, where she works closely with companies from the Consumer, Healthcare, Environmental Services, Agrifood and Logistics sectors, among others.

Prior to her appointment, she spent a year in the Consumer team, where she worked with French consumer goods companies such as LVMH, L’Oreal and Danone, to facilitate their investments into Singapore. She also spent three years in the Environmental Sustainability team where she was responsible for developing the circular economy strategy, and had worked with other key government agencies on electricity imports and data centre sustainability.

Before joining the EDB, Naomin was part of the Sustainable Finance team in WWF Singapore where she led engagements with ASEAN banks to build capabilities in ESG integration. She also spent 3 years in the Trade Promotion team in the Singapore-German Chamber of commerce, where she supported German companies to invest in Singapore.

Naomin graduated with a Masters in Science (Environmental Governance) in the University of Freiburg in Germany, and a Bachelor of Arts (European Studies) in the National University of Singapore.
