Nadina Stodiek is Co-Head of Impact Management at Schroders, where she co-leads the firm’s impact management practice in collaboration with the Sustainable Investment team at Schroders, the Sustainability & Impact team at Schroders Capital and the Impact Management team at BlueOrchard. During her six years at BlueOrchard, Nadina played a key role in developing the firm’s impact management and measurement system, the B.Impact Framework™. She worked across private and public market strategies, supporting funds in defining theories of change, establishing impact KPIs and monitoring progress against investor impact commitments.

More recently, Nadina has focused on strengthening Schroders’ broader impact investment platform by expanding the B.Impact Framework™ across additional asset classes and impact themes. She partners with investment teams across listed and private markets and, together with the Impact Committee, helps oversee the credibility and robustness of impact investment opportunities from a sustainability and impact perspective. Today, Nadina supports the continued development of Schroders’ impact framework, tools, commercial narrative and overall impact platform across public and private asset classes.
