Morgan started her career in fundraising the year she cofounded AddLab, a web and digital marketing agency based in Milan, Italy. Eat, Pay, Love was a project that collaborated with up-and-coming fashion brands organising a biannual event to fundraising for various charities and sensitive a new target to worthy projects.

In 2018 she relocated to Florence where she divide her time between fundraising and creating new strategies for File, teaching at the Istituto Marangoni in Florence, and working in the art world as a negotiator for private sales and acquisitions for auction houses.

Morgan joined Philanthropy Impact in 2023 to launch and manage the new platform 23 Impact, and has since moved on to manage membership and development.
