Michèle brings extensive financial expertise and hands-on commercial experience to RX. A qualified chartered accountant, she graduated from KPMG and progressed her career through key roles in sports, media, and entertainment. Prior to joining RX in 2017, she served as Global CFO at MEC, a founding partner of WPP Media, and held various finance and commercial leadership roles across the EMEA region for 11 years. At RX, Michèle leverages digital and data strategies alongside traditional face-to-face business practices. Her approachable, humble, and empathetic leadership style fosters strong global relationships, while her emphasis on transparency and openness builds trust across decentralized, complex business structures.
