Max has spent the last 15 years working in and with financial services, in a range of roles and organisations - always focused on strategy, innovation and digital transformation.
He is currently Head of Product & Strategy at Neural Alpha, where he leads the development of Responsible Capital, an AI-powered ESG and sustainability platform that is transforming how financial services firms approach sustainable investing. Under his leadership, the platform has grown to over 200 industry users.

With over a decade of experience at the intersection of technology, finance, and sustainability, Max brings a unique perspective to the evolving landscape of AI-driven ESG solutions. His career spans senior product, commercial and technology roles, with particular expertise in commercialising emerging technologies.
Prior to Neural Alpha, he has leadership experience in high-growth startups, working on AI products in major technology companies, strategy consulting and 7 years at Deutsche Bank.

Max studied Computer Science from King's College London. He is passionate about leveraging technology to create positive environmental and social impact and believes that the intersection of AI and sustainability represents one of the most significant opportunities for driving meaningful change in our generation.
