Matthias W. Strobel is an international business leader, startup advisor, and Startup World Cup Ambassador with more than 30 years of experience helping companies scale across Europe and Asia. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership and C-level roles spanning technology, manufacturing, FMCG, education technology, and venture-backed growth businesses.

Having lived and worked across China, Indonesia, Bangladesh, the Philippines, Cambodia, Singapore, the United Kingdom and Europe, Matthias brings a uniquely global perspective on entrepreneurship, innovation and business growth.

He is the Founder of JuliusHuett, a strategic growth advisory firm supporting founders, investors, and venture ecosystems, and the creator of CRRATE®, a capital readiness intelligence platform designed to help founders better understand and improve their investment readiness.

As a mentor, advisor, and ecosystem builder, Matthias works closely with accelerators, venture builders, startup programs and investors to bridge the gap between founder ambition and investor expectations.
